We currently ship throughout South Africa. Shipping to other regions may be available and will be confirmed at checkout.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Major Cities: 2–3 business days
- Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and destination.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Free Shipping: Orders of R2,000 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping within Gauteng & Pretoria.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
6. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated time frame, delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Rand Tux is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
8. Damaged or Missing Parcels
